絕緣材料低壓漏電起痕試驗儀概述:
耐漏電起痕試驗(電痕化指數試驗)是根據 UL746A 、IEC60112 、IEC60335、IEC884-1、 GB2099.1、GB/T4207、GB4706.1 ASTMD 3638-92 等標準規定的模擬仿真試驗項目。耐漏電起痕試驗(電痕化指數試驗)是在固體絕緣材料表面上,在規定尺寸 ( 2mm × 5mm ) 的鉑電極之間,施加某一電壓并定時 (30s) 定高度 ( 35mm ) 滴下規定液滴體積的導電液體 (0.1%NH4CL) ,用以評價固體絕緣材料表面在電場和潮濕或污染介質聯合作用下的耐漏電性能,測定其相比電痕化指數 (CTI) 和耐電痕化指數(PTI) 。電痕化是指固體絕緣材料在電應力和電解雜質的聯合作用下,在表面(或內部)產生導電通道。
